Business Manager
Brenda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Franklin College of Indiana. Her resume includes 4 years as an Elementary School Secretary running a one-person office and mothering more than a dozen teachers and 340 students; Project Manager for the $15 million Lilly Foundation-Archdiocese of Indianapolis EXCEED grant; Executive Assistant to the Executive Director for the Office of Catholic Education in Indianapolis; and Business Manager for the Office of Catholic Schools. Through the years she has focused her skills and abilities to help keep her employers as well as her family well organized and successful. Hired in 2016 as the Special Projects Coordinator, Brenda’s role with Technical Balance was primarily in support of documentation, organization, and data management. She moved into the role of Business Manager in 2018; to foster sound understanding of the needs of our employees and customers she has completed the “Testing HEPA Filtered Systems and Cleanrooms” course offered by the Eagleson Institute of Maine as well as being trained and working as a Technician on a number of job sites.
